There is always a better - new way

Innovation is a central part of our DNA since establishment, as our company’s name indicates (Nova Company: Nova is derived from Latin word Novum i.e. new thing, fresh, unusual, extraordinary).

Innovation is for us a strong competitive advantage. We add value by discovering new and better ways to improve our work and reduce costs without compromising the high level of Novaco’s quality standards.  For this reason, we actively embrace, under a risk-controlled environment, the co-creation and adoption of an idea or behavior in all the life-cycle phases of a project. This idea can be either a new system, policy, program, device, process, product or service in quest for improved efficiency, safety, and quality.



On the other hand, technological innovation has already infiltrated the construction industry and project management.
